Mom just got in from a date (her first date in a very long time). She was so nervous before she left, but that would be hid well by how good she looked in that dress.
I asked her who her date was and all she said was that she was asked to dinner about two months ago and figured 'why not'. Anyway, he sounds nice.
It's great to see Mom with a gleem in her eye, all giddy. Kinda reminds me of CJ the way she's smiling and all chatty. After a short while I left the room so she could fantasize. She was obviously getting all warmed up and stuff.
I'd really like to meet this mystery date of hers.

I was telling Lu all about my date up until the thoughts of how wonderful and sensual it was being with a potential partner that I had to ask Lu to give me some private time. ;)
I went into the date not expecting as much feelings as I ended up with. I still have butterflies in my stomach!
And Lu was right about the dress. I got me a nice compliment.
